Qantas says there will be no disruption to services from strike action taken by the airline’s senior engineers.

The union is involved in a stand-off with the airline over conditions and pay.
98 per cent of the engineers have voted in favour of industrial action, claiming talks with the company had broken down.
The engineers will meet on Friday to decide on what action to take.
The airline says it will not be grounding planes and schedules won’t be affected.
